SLS is more than a conference.

It’s Chapter One in your story of lifelong Catholic mission. It’s your opportunity to take a good look at what your life as a missionary disciple can be — and then dive right in.

At SLS20, you’ll meet Catholics who have accepted the challenge of missionary discipleship themselves. You’ll learn from them how to take the next step in your faith journey while accompanying others in theirs. Throughout this five-day event, you’ll spend time in prayer and fellowship, experience top-notch entertainment and come away with a game plan for bringing yourself, your campus, your parish, your ministry and your community closer to Christ.

Each day at SLS20 is a unique experience.

Expect a jam-packed five-day event like you’ve never seen before.

Gather together with your peers from school, the parish or campus ministry and learn from catechetical/evangelization experts about the whys, whats and hows of prayer, leadership and missionary discipleship.

Who is FOCUS?

The Fellowship of Catholic University Students (FOCUS) is a Catholic apostolate whose mission is to share the hope and joy of the Gospel with college students. FOCUS missionaries encounter people in friendship, inviting them into a personal relationship with Christ and accompanying them as they pursue lives of virtue and excellence. Through Bible studies, outreach events, mission trips and discipleship, missionaries inspire and build up others in the faith, sending them out to live out lifelong Catholic mission wherever they are.

FOCUS’ national events have given people from all across the country (and all over the world) the opportunity to come together to learn about the Catholic faith, experience genuine fellowship and unite as members of the Body of Christ. Joined by clergy and religious, Catholic speakers, inspiring artists and more, attendees become visible, living witnesses to the Catholic faith in whatever city they gather.
